The farm and fields behind Rookery Meadow have been taken over by the Horses Trust, who also run the Home of Rest for Horses at Speen. The farm used to be a Council Farm I believe, but the Horses Trust took the land and buildings over. It has made some of our walks more interesting with the range of horses that have been located there.
