Holmer Green Pond is perhaps the central point of my village. The Village Society has worked to improve the area for the benefit of the local community with new planting, tidying and general maintenance. I have been involved in a group that has worked to create an Information Panel for the pond so that visitors can learn about its history, flora and fauna.
