In 2010/11 the interior of St Mary church was extensively refurbished and reordered.
This view of the nave from the chancel shows the limestone floor (with underfloor heating) and the modern seating that replaced the mid-Victorian pews. The western end of the nave leads to the entrance to the bell tower and is one of the oldest parts of the church. 2018
