18) At the next stile (which is part of a double stile, one at right angles to the other), cross it and then turn sharp left (GM16). Go ahead 100m towards yet another stile on the edge of the woods. Beware! This bit of the field can get very, very muddy (see photo) even in the summer, but you can usually manage to pick a way around it if you are careful, and it is only for 20m.
