The eighth and last housing suburb to be built in the New Town was at Woodhall Farm on land used previously by the Brocks Fireworks Co. This was not part of the Hemel Development Corporation's project but a venture by a private company, Fairview Estates Ltd, and it had a chequered history. Photo is of Dunster Road.
