I rarely pass any rusting metal without taking a closer look – this was lying around at the Chiltern Open Air Museum and I liked the colours. Maybe it looks as if it is smiling.

Damon Guy - Sunday 31 December 2023 16:34There is lots of interest in old bits of machinery. They are fun to capture and work out what they do. But they also provide interest for the eye. Here the interest lies in the more obscure shapes. The colours and degradation interest the eye too. Nice idea.
