Since the formation of the Village Society there have been three Music On The Common events up to 2021. Local musical talent gets to perform on a stage that is a converted truck, with a built-in sound system. The weather has been glorious, and the events have been very well supported with lots of stands selling food or other activities. In 2021 the event was after a period of tight restriction due to the pandemic, and it was a real opportunity for villagers to enjoy themselves.
