I always look forward to seeing the wonderful displays of bluebells that appear in the spring right across the Chilterns. This scene is so typical and could be anywhere. In fact it is Crawley Wood, Ashridge. I’ve chosen this picture as it also shows the vibrant colour of the emerging beech leaves.
