Allotments. Following the 1842 General Enclosure Act, areas of Stokenchurch were set aside for common use. The 1861 Inclosure Award included 8 acres to the west of Stokenchurch Common, which was to be used as allotments.

There was a thriving Allotment Association, which held its own show each year in early September. However the demand for allotments declined and in 2003 the Association disbanded. Surplus funds were donated to the parish and were used to restore the war memorial to its former glory.
