Delhi, which for many years was The Rising Sun. The first licence was granted to Samuel Farey in 1854. In past years it has traded as Shaad, The Royal Siam, and now as Delhi: perhaps appropriate in view of the city's connection with the village via Viscount Lake of Delhi and Aston Clinton who was Commander-in-Chief of India in the early 1800s.
