The entrance to Aston Clinton Ragpits, the beautiful BBOWT nature reserve at the foot of the Chiltern escarpment. This small but varied area of old pits, once worked for superior quality chalk, has been colonised by a rich variety of wild flowers, shrubs and animal life.
