The magnificent front of Grade I listed Beechwood Park was added in 1702. Originally a 16th century property it was purchased by Thomas Saunders in 1628 and thereafter stayed in the Saunders Sebright family. In 2012 Beechwood was a preparatory day and boarding school for girls and boys aged 4 to 13.
