A picturesque scene. The viewer is nicely taken into the shot with the perspective of the lead-in line of the railing left, showing off the boat and eventually the houses. The tree line brings the eye nicely back around to visit the foreground once again. Such lines in a photo guide the viewer through the image. This is fine composition on the photographers part.
