For almost ten years I was lucky enough to be part of a group of wonderful friends who walked in the Chilterns every month and ate together afterwards, until people started to get too old and we gradually had to give up. I made a photo-calendar of our walks as a present for Christmas in 2013. Maybe that is something the Chiltern Society should think about? There had to be bluebells in spring.
